Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped through India Post.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Orders placed around Sunday may take one additional day to dispatch.
- Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and unforeseen circumstances.
Express Shipping
Need your order sooner?
Express Shipping is available at an additional charge.
- Express orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch across India.
- Express shipping is subject to availability for your delivery location.
Duties & Additional Charges
There are no additional duties or charges payable by the customer after placing the order. The amount applicable at checkout is the amount you pay.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We carefully pack our products before dispatch.
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us promptly with the required details and photographs.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the affected product.
We do not offer returns for damaged or faulty products; eligible products will be replaced.
Partial Cash on Delivery
We currently offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
- A ₹200 advance payment is required when placing a Partial COD order.
- The remaining order amount is payable at the time of delivery.
- If the order is refused, rejected, or becomes undeliverable due to the customer's actions, the ₹200 advance payment is non-refundable.
