Shipping & Delivery

• Free Shipping Across India — We offer free standard shipping across India.
• Express Shipping Available — Need your order sooner? Express shipping is available at an additional charge. Express orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days across India, subject to courier service availability.
• No Additional Duties or Charges — We take care of applicable shipping duties and charges so your package reaches you without unexpected delivery costs.
• Dispatch Time — Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders placed around Sundays may take one additional day for dispatch.
• Standard Delivery — Standard orders are shipped through India Post and are usually delivered within 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• Cancellation — Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• Damaged or Faulty Products — If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with the necessary details and photographs/videos. Eligible damaged or faulty products will be replaced. We do not offer returns for such cases.
• Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) — We offer Partial COD only. A ₹200 advance payment is required at the time of placing a Partial COD order, and the remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
• Partial COD Refusal / Failed Delivery — The ₹200 advance payment is non-refundable if the customer refuses the order at delivery, does not accept the shipment, or the order is returned to us due to non-acceptance by the customer.
