Cancellation — Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged or Faulty Products — If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with the necessary details and photographs/videos. Eligible damaged or faulty products will be replaced. We do not offer returns for such cases.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) — We offer Partial COD only. A ₹200 advance payment is required at the time of placing a Partial COD order, and the remaining amount is payable upon delivery.
Partial COD Refusal / Failed Delivery — The ₹200 advance payment is non-refundable if the customer refuses the order at delivery, does not accept the shipment, or the order is returned to us due to non-acceptance by the customer.
