Frequently Asked Questions

01. How much time do you take to ship?

All orders usually get shipped within 3-5 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 5-10 days.

02. What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

  • If you are not present when our courier attempts to deliver your parcel, our courier partner will make an attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package.
  • A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to the parcel for a few days, awaiting further instructions from you, before returning the parcel to us.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the cancelled order will be adjusted in your next order or as per your instructions. However, a convenience charge of Rs. 100 shall be deducted from the cancelled order payment.

03. Is cash-on-delivery option available?

Yes. Its available. Extra 50Rs will be charged for Cash on delivery products.

04. What should I do if I have received only a part of my order?

If you do not receive the missing products within 7 days of the first shipment, then, please mail us with the details within 15 days of receiving your order. We shall check and get it sorted as the earliest

05. I received a damaged product. What should I do?

  • Please drop us an email at adithetoddlerhouse@gmail.com with images of the damaged product within 3 days of receiving the order. We will check and have the product replaced or refund your money as per your instructions.
  • The amount refunded, if any, shall reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund date.

06. What should I do if I don’t like the product that I received?

No return / refund / exchange is possible for products unless it is damaged.

07. How can I cancel my order?

  • Please email us at adithetoddlerhouse@gmail.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
  • Cancellation/ refund is not applicable in corporate/ bulk order.

08. When can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.

09. Can I cancel my order once the product has been shipped?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
  • Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
  • If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment.

10. When do I get my refund for the cancelled order?

Unfortunately, there is no refund policy for a cancelled order. However, we shall issue store credits equal to the amount of the cancelled order which can be redeemed anytime for your next order.
